TRE

Tension and Trauma Releasing Exercises

A simple series of exercises that activate your body's natural shaking mechanism, releasing deep muscular tension and calming your nervous system from the inside out.

Conscious Connected Breathwork

A guided breathing practice that helps you move through held patterns and arrive at a deep state of rest. Many people describe it as the most relaxed they've ever felt.

Your afternoon

    Arrive and settle

    We start gently. Grounding into the space, connecting with breath, leaving the week behind.

    TRE

    A sequence of simple exercises that activate your body's natural tremor mechanism, releasing deep muscular tension held in the psoas, hips, and lower back.

  3. 3

    Break

    Time to rest, hydrate, and enjoy light grounding snacks while the first half settles before we move into breathwork.

  4. 4

    Conscious Connected Breathwork

    A facilitated breathing journey that moves you from activation into deep rest.

  5. 5

    Integration

    We close with plenty of time to integrate. No rushing back to the world. You'll leave feeling grounded and restored.

Certified TRE Provider

A data scientist by training, Gianluca was sceptical of anything he couldn't measure. When chronic cluster headaches didn't respond to conventional approaches, he tried TRE as a last resort. It shifted something that years of thinking hadn't touched. Six years later, he's a Certified TRE Provider and trainee psychotherapist.

Psychotherapist and breathwork facilitator

Steff is a qualified psychotherapist who came to body-based work through her own experience of how the body holds what goes unexpressed. She works creatively and informally, meeting each person where they are. In the breathwork space, that translates to a warm, steady presence that makes it easy to let go.

We hold Reset at Holdspace, a calm, light-filled studio in Angel. It's a beautiful space designed for exactly this kind of work. Everything you need is provided.

Just bring comfortable clothing and a water bottle. Yoga mats are provided, but you're welcome to bring your own. No experience necessary.
